The role will report into one of our experienced Sales Managers and offers an entry position to individuals looking to break into the recruitment sector. If you have ambition and an entrepreneurial mind-set, we’ll supply the training, coaching and encouragement to help you develop. Initially you will be working closely with your manager to help the business identify and hire the best talent for our clients. Later we will develop your skills as a marketer and salesperson, allowing you to build a successful career. No two days in recruitment are the same and you may find yourself doing the following:
- Headhunting high performing talent.
- Offering career advice to candidates.
- Managing and reviewing applications, evaluating candidates and checking their suitability for opportunities.
- Negotiating pay and salary benefits for candidates.
As this is an entry level role, we don’t expect you to have prior recruitment experience, though any past sales or customer services experience would be beneficial. Mainly we’re looking for new hires with enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed for themselves and the business.
In return we are offering a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to earn commission on your placements. We also view our new hires as our future managers so there is great career potential too.
