Senior Land Acquisitions Manager

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities for single-family home developments.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with planning and development teams to assess site feasibility and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, real estate agents, and local authorities.
• Prepare and present detailed acquisition proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and conduct due diligence to inform acquisition strategies.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in land acquisition, particularly within the single-family construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of planning, zoning, and development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field is preferred.
