Assessing, organizing, and executing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring the project meets the Owner’s requirements, budget, schedule and guidelines.
Establishing clear lines of communication and ensuring all team members are working towards achieving the project goals and objectives.
Develop risk mitigation strategies for identified risks and manage construction and logistical issues that may arise during construction.
Assistance with financing/bank closings
Utilise previous knowledge and experience on multifamily projects to make important decisions regarding projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma required, bachelor’s degree in construction related studies preferred
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Multifamily Construction
