The Role

• Assessing, organizing, and executing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring the project meets the Owner’s requirements, budget, schedule and guidelines.
• Establishing clear lines of communication and ensuring all team members are working towards achieving the project goals and objectives.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for identified risks and manage construction and logistical issues that may arise during construction.
• Assistance with financing/bank closings
• Utilise previous knowledge and experience on multifamily projects to make important decisions regarding projects.
