The Role
- Project Management: Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction
- Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout the project
- Coordination: Work with the Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement, and other related activities with the Project Manager and Field Staff
- Compliance: Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards
- Reporting: Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed
- Leadership: Supervise, develop, and mentor project staff
