The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of industrial construction processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.


  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects are executed within financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and proactively address any delays to keep projects on schedule.
  • Reporting: Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.



  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and computer-based scheduling software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera.
