The Role

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to plan and execute framing activities. You’ll be the conductor, ensuring all elements come together seamlessly.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively—materials, manpower, and equipment—to keep projects on schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect framing work to ensure it meets industry standards. You’ll be the gatekeeper of excellence.
• Safety Champion: Promote a safety-first culture. Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce protocols, and keep our team injury-free.
• Schedule Adherence: Keep the project timeline humming. If deadlines were music notes, you’d be the maestro.
• Problem-Solving: When unexpected challenges arise (and they will), you’ll find solutions faster than a carpenter swings a hammer.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your crew. You’re not just building structures; you’re building a cohesive team.
