Due diligence including the physical and financial feasibility of a planned community
Walking the site with the ability to determine potential for special development situations
Walk the site with the ability to determine potential for special development situations
Be aware and knowledgeable in adjacent zoning classifications
Review existing and possible proposed zoning classifications, determine if existing stipulations exist
Research and organize market data to determine the financial estimated results of a planned community and appropriate product to be used to maximize profit
Work with consultants to prepare plans for submittal
Attend public hearings and speak as required
Solicit bids, coordinate and track responses from vendors to ensure best pricing and product delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
