The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update office records and files
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings as required

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction administration or related roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Your desk is a model of orderliness. Chaos trembles in your presence.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management software.
  • Attention to Detail: You spot typos in contracts like a hawk spots a mouse from miles away.
