The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings as required

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction administration or related roles.
