Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our dynamic London team. As an Associate Consultant specializing in construction recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates within the construction sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business while helping construction professionals advance their careers.

*Please note that this role requires you to work American hours – 11:30am – 9pm*


  1. Conduct candidate sourcing activities through various channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  2. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  5. Coordinate candidate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
  6. Assist in the negotiation of job offers, compensation packages, and contract terms, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and client requirements.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity reports in the recruitment database.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential recruitment opportunities and challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience within a recruitment environment is beneficial, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
